Directions:
M5/Junction 27, take the A361 towards Tiverton & Barnstaple. Go straight over the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway & continue on the A361 for approximately 15 miles. At Newtown Cross, turn left onto the Bampton Road (B3227), follow the road back on itself and go straight over the roundabout. Do NOT take the 1st left turn (signposted to Molland & The Black Cock) but take the 2nd left at Bullaford Gate (signposted to Oaktree Fisheries), then 1st left at the crossroads, then 1st left again and West Lee Farm is the 2nd farm on the left.
Satellite Navigation: Please be warned that if you are using Sat Nav to get here, it will direct you to turn right off the A361 earlier than the Bampton Road and take you through Knowstone - these lanes are very narrow and windy and can be hazardous in bad weather.
